Eagle 3000

Compact and lightweight, the EAGLE 3000 simplifies seam bonding in all the hard-to-weld areas. The EAGLE 3000 is available for either 110 VAC or 220/240 VAC operations. The Eagle 3000 Handheld heat gun starts with state-of-the-art technology in hot air welding. Compact and lightweight, the Eagle 3000 simplifies seam welding in all the hard-to-weld areas created by equipment protrusions and tight spaces. All Eagle 3000  components are manufactured in the U.S.A. with superior quality.

The 1 1/2” (40mm) wide-slot stainless-steel nozzle which comes standard with the unit. The nozzle pushes in easily and can be replaced with a variety of nozzle options in seconds. We offer three nozzle alternatives: 1-1/2” (40mm), ¾” (20mm) and a 5/16”(5mm) diameter pencil tip nozzle. The plug-in heating element can be easily replaced in the field. The heavy-duty fan motor has an 1800-hour carbon brush life.
